Child Safety Standards

Seen is committed to the safety and well-being of all users, especially minors. We have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that sexually exploits or abuses children. This page describes the standards and practices we maintain to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

Our Commitment

Seen is a private social network built for real connections. We are firmly committed to ensuring Seen is never used as a vehicle for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation. We comply with all applicable laws, including mandatory reporting obligations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant national and regional authorities.

Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on Seen and will result in immediate account removal and, where required, reporting to authorities:

Prevention Measures

We take proactive steps to prevent CSAE on Seen, including:

Reporting

If you encounter any content or behaviour on Seen that you believe involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, please report it immediately using the in-app report feature, or contact us directly at jijobrightland@gmail.com.

We review all child safety reports as a top priority and will report to NCMEC and other relevant authorities where legally required.

Compliance

Seen complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations globally, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and works to stay aligned with best practices published by organisations such as the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the Technology Coalition.

We report any confirmed CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation.
